"Watch me fly! "
After I had made the difficult decision to quit my corporate career and become a full-time artist, I vibrated with excitement, and couldn't wait to tell my friends and family about my new adventure. Everyone was extremely supportive, with the exception of one person who was taken aback that I'd leave a good paying job to become a "starving artist". Her comments made me even more determined, and I created this collage to show her, and myself, that my dream of being a self-supporting artist could come true. I am now grateful to my nay-saying friend (an angel in disguise) for giving me the extra motivation to pursue the path of my highest good and to see my fondest wish become a reality.
